Key Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience managing operating expense forecasts, budgets, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting.
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with NetSuite and/or modern FP&A and financial planning platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business judgment skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest or experience in fintech, technology, financial services, or adjacent industries is a plus.
