Job Description
We are working with a company in Dover NH looking for Warehouse Outbound Associates. You will be responsible for various tasks, including accurately & efficiently picking and preparing customer orders while operating equipment such as pallet jacks, ride-on pallet jacks, and pallet-wrapping machines. The role requires a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and safety Shift Options & Compensation
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM | Pay Rate: $19.80 / hour (Includes 10% shift differential)
Orientation & First Day Schedule Orientation and first-day onboarding begin on Mondays:
- 1st Shift Onboarding Start: 9:30 AM
- 2nd Shift Onboarding Start: 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Screening & Interview Process
- Experience Required: None — no prior experience required.
- Interview Required: Onsite interview required.
- Screening Required: No background check or drug screening required.
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered walkie pallet jacks, ride-on pallet jacks, and pallet-wrapping machinery.
- Order Picking & Packing: Pick and confirm customer orders accurately using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanner guns to maintain high accuracy and reduce errors.
- Core Task Execution: Perform fulfillment duties across various sectors including Freight, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Courier, and Value-Added Services.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect stock and orders for defects, damage, or discrepancies during picking and packing stages.
- Inventory & Pallet Staging: Wrap, build, and organize pallets for outbound shipping; assist with inventory replenishment and receiving as directed.
- Teamwork & Communication: Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively across departments to support workflow efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Education & Experience
- Experience operating powered walkie pallet jacks or ride-on pallet jacks preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment setting preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and RF scanners preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret numbers and alphanumeric codes on an RF scanner.
