Here’s a list of duties/responsibilities and requirements/qualifications for a Receptionist - Dental Office job post:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greeting and Scheduling Patients. Collecting and checkin/checkout.
• Handling Patient Records and Billing information scans in Open dental PMS. Route phone calls. 

Patient Communication: 

• Confirm appointments; Recare scheduling.
• Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans.
• Address any questions or concerns in a professional manner (understand basics for PPO insurance and billing).

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Experience in a Dental or Medical Office: Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong Communication Skills, Bilingual preference. 
• Proficiency in Dental Software: Familiarity with dental practice management software, Open Dental, as well as basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).

Compensation: 14-26$/hr.
